Today, few people are unaware of the status of physical education in schools and its importance in various socio-cultural aspects of students and the future of championship in the country; But physical education in the country's schools has always faced many challenges.After the of Covid-19 pandemic and the closure of the country's schools, the challenges facing physical education became even more apparent. The aim of this study was to qualitatively analyze digital physical education training during the Covid-19 pandemic and with a descriptive phenomenological approach by Colaizzi method. The sample of the present study was purposefully selected from managers, teachers and experts in the field of physical education teaching and data collection was performed using semi-structured interviews, data analysis was performed with MAXQDA 2020 software. In this regard, seven main themes of digital physical education were identified during the Corona pandemic. The results showed that there are various challenges and bottlenecks for physical education in digital style, which shows the need for more attention of the managers in the Ministry of Education to teach physical education, and in particular to digital education.

The purpose of this study was to develop a strategy and develop a professional club-based approach to the padideh shahrkhodro mashhad Team using meta swot technique to identify the resources, capabilities and capabilities of the phenomenon of self-driving city using a resource-based approach. The purpose of this research is applied and the method is descriptive-survey. The data and information in the first two sections, through a documentary and library study, are then selected by purposeful sampling from 12 football pioneers and experts in Mashhad and Khorasan Razavi, It is provided. The results show that attention to the issue of growth and development of football at the basic levels and having a stable management of the club has the highest strategic fit with the goals of professional club development of Mashhad's phenomenon. In order to attract funds and settle in the big city, they have the most impact on the development of the professional club club phenomenon in the city. The most important competitors in padideh shahrkhodro mashhad Team are Sepahan Isfahan and Tabriz Tractor Manufacturing respectively in terms of professional club development.

The purpose of this study was to design and formulate a strategic plan of the Board of Rural Sports and Local Indigenous Games of KhorasanRazavi Province and to provide development strategies.The present study was a strategic study that is applied in terms of purpose,in terms of survey strategy and in terms of collecting field information.The statistical population of this study consisted of all members of the Board of Rural Sports and Indigenous and Local Games of KhorasanRazavi Province and the cities of this province.17 people were selected as the research sample.Library studies and interviews were the main tools of data collection in the present study.After the indicators were approved and their importance was obtained,the strengths and weaknesses were included in the IEF matrix and opportunities and threats were included in the EFE matrix. Startups play a key role in reducing unemployment and economic growth. Governments have been turning to college student startups since the early twentieth century.Field Research and Experience The student startups at the universities of the country express the lack of flourishing. The purpose of this study was to identify and prioritize the factors affecting the growth of sports science startups in Iran using network analysis technique.The statistical population of this study consisted of experts in student startups, professors and students of management of sport science faculties of Iran and were selected as snowball sampling. From in-depth interviews with experts and research backgrounds, 41 factors were identified and classified into 6 clusters as effective factors. The data were analyzed with the help of experts and software from SuperDisign and SPSS. The experts prioritized the clusters in the order of individual founding factors, college learning environment, academic economics, technology and communication, facilities and social and cultural settings. In the overall ranking below the criteria, the Founder of Social Up and Emotional Intelligence Startup was ranked as the most important priority and the family support for sport was the least important. It is recommended to launch a network called Sports Industry and Community Needs to apply student research results and increase student motivation and innovation.

The purpose of this study was to identify factors affecting the economic valuation of intangible assets of Premier League clubs in 2019. The statistical population of the study consisted of veterans, coaches, supervisors, and faculty members in the field of handball and sports economics. It was applied analytical research which was done through a survey. Snowball sampling was done. Initially, semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted for the purpose of identifying intangible assets. After reaching the theoretical saturation and coding, finally the important effective indicators were identified and extracted. After developing a questionnaire and content validation by 17 sports management and economics professors, the researcher distributed a Delphi questionnaire to veterans, coaches, and supervisors of Handball Premier League clubs and faculty members expert in handball. Delphi results confirmed the 45 extracted indices. The results of Friedman test showed that structural variables (3.5), communication capital (3.48), spiritual capital (1.88), and human capital (1.14) respectively were prioritized, respectively, They then plotted charts, maps, and analysis using Mick Mac software, and finally identified and ranked 20 key indicators in the economic valuation of the intangible assets of Premier League clubs. It is hoped that the findings of this study will be effective in providing a suitable model for recognizing the factors influencing the valuation of handball clubs and in recognizing more sponsors and facilitate situation for finding sponsors and creating a competitive advantage for club.
